Quality Policy

It is SRJ Steel’s policy to offer and deliver to the customer reliable and value for our steel products, delivered in a timely manner, of high quality consistent with required specifications.


It is the responsibility of each manager to implement this policy in every aspect of business activity for which he/she is accountable.


Specifically, it is SRJ Steel’s policy to:

  • Promote a culture of product quality and service standards, along with risk-based thinking, as being the standard of every employee;
  • Maintain a high degree of quality awareness at every level in the company;
  • Understand customer requirements fully and ensure commitments made in regard to design, function, reliability, appearance, quantity, and delivery are achieved;
  • Establish product quality at the earliest stage of design, and maintain these standards during manufacturing, stocking, and delivery of the product;
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant standards prescribed by external bodies;
  • Respond promptly and constructively to product quality and service complaints, ensuring that lasting and relevant corrective action is taken;
  • We use third party suppliers to process, store, and ship our material.  All these suppliers have supplier quality systems in place from ISO-9001 to TS-16949, ensuring our customer’s requirements are met


Where there is a conflict between the principals of this policy and a need for reduced cost, increased savings or the attainment of short-term goals, we will decide in favor of product quality, performance, and reliability.
